PIC16F877A Microcode Reverse Engineering

I have a Hex and Binary file that was extracted from a PIC16F877A-IPT. I wanted Help to reverse the files to get the orginal ASM code for the device written in C? Determination of data transfer and processing protocols, Code and data analysis, structure and connections recovery.

An example of Microcode Reversing I am looking to get done. But the company doesnt respond. Sent numerous emails.
